Our aim is to support EMBL’s mission through delivering a high-level Human Resources service across the whole organisation. The services span from recruitment and contracting, through performance management and training & development, remuneration and other benefits to moving on from EMBL. This includes collaboration with the national authorities in the member states and networking with other international organisations and European agencies.
